To further promote communication between home and school and create a fair and just examination environment, from 26th to 27th June, 2025, the Junior High School Department of our school’s east campus organized an end-of-term examination parent supervision activity for Grades 7 and 8, during which parents were invited to enter the campus and participate in the supervision of the examinations.
To start with, Director Hu and Director Xu conducted separate group meetings with parents to explain the inspection process. Later, parents wore inspection badges and walked through each examination room, meticulously observing the atmosphere of the exam rooms and the conditions of the students. Specifically, inside the examination rooms, students were answering the questions attentively, with good order maintained. Meanwhile, the invigilators were strict and responsible. Therefore, parents highly praised Anqing Foreign Language School's standardized examination organization and her strict examination discipline and conduct. Subsequently, a parent meeting was held to discuss the issues that parents were concerned about so as to collect valuable suggestions.
Furthermore, this parent supervision activity has established a deep communication bridge between home and school, enhancing trust and understanding of Anqing Foreign Language School's educational and teaching work. More noticeably, the participation of parents has effectively enhanced the supervision of the exams, thus further promoting the spirit of honest examination, and helping students develop self-discipline and integrity as their character traits, which provided an opportunity for Anqing Foreign Language School to widely collect opinions and suggestions from parents, laying the foundation for the continuous improvement of educational and teaching work.
In a nutshell, the Junior High School Department of the east campus will continue to uphold the concept of open education, carry out various family-school co-education activities, and unite the efforts of both families and the school to jointly ensure the growth and success of students.
